This weekend was a wild one! Apart from yesterday being Mother’s Day, Saturday was also busy while we tended to baby shower. The theme for the new baby boy was circus party!

My sister is a party planning mastermind, and although everyone pitched in, it was my her amazing vision and creative expertise that pulled it all together. From a big top tent in the living room to fun circus games and even custom-made tutus for ringmaster. Not to be outdone by the circus party fantastic decor, let me present my ridiculously adorable Ring Master! Yes, the skirted tutus and top hat headbands were handmade as well! You can learn how to make these top hat headbands for your own party, too.

    Serious question – is your sister a party planner? And seriously, if she’s not, why on earth isn’t she? I just can’t get over how amazing that all was! On the grand scale and in the little details. Oh, and boy do I wish I could sew like that!

    He tent decorations look great. Can I ask how did you secure the plastic to the wall? Was it taped or did you use something else?

      It was taped, but we also love to use Command Strips. Hope that helps!
