During my regular shopping trip to Walmart, I picked up a few simple ingredients for an afternoon of Easter baking with my son. Walmart has so many great options for Easter candy and baking tools, such as the great assortment of Wilton decorating tools and accessories. To make these super easy Easter Bunny Ear cupcakes, this is all you’ll need:

  • Your favorite boxed cake/cupcake mix, baked according to package instructions
  • Your favorite frosting
  • Easter cupcake liners
  • Candy Bunny Ears, such as Treat Street Candi Fetti Marshmallow Easter Bunny Ears marshmallow treat decorations

Making Easter bunny ear cupcakes is about so much more than just the yummy treat you’re baking; bonding with my little boy while in the kitchen together is the best treat of all for this legacy building mama!

These Easter Bunny Ear Cupcakes are so simple to make: just follow the package instructions to bake the cupcakes, top them with white frosting and place the marshmallow treats on top! Arrange on a white tray with festive basket filling and you’ve got an adorable tray of Easter cupcakes that the whole family can enjoy.

Walmart has some great Easter ideas that are fun and easy. I think we’ll try out this simple Jelly Bean Garden next, or Bunny Rolls for a dinner side.
