Every year, my sister hosts our Annual Halloween Pumpkin Painting Party. It started about 3 years ago and is a party we look forward to all year long! Last year, Alina was still too small to take part in the crafting and painting fun, being only 9 months young. But this year, at 21 months old, Alina had such a great time! Especially with all the Halloween party foods!
But first, we had crafts for the kids. Alina still had a ball, sitting next to her beloved Payton and playing with the foam pieces.
I am quite impressed with my little sister these days. She has become quite the domestic diva since purchasing her first house. Alina’s Auntie has created a beautiful home, fully decorated in adorable vintage themed Halloween decor, and the spread she made her us was delicious! There was Halloween themed food everywhere! A plethora of sweets {including spooky cheesecake-pops you’ll see the girls devouring that my cousin made}, spicy chicken sliders, bacon mac and cheese, zucchini spears and Cajun sweet potato fries. Yum yum!
For not seeing each other very often, these girls are like two peas in a pod. Alina LOVES Payton. And she isn’t the type to LOVE people… it takes her awhile to warm up to most. But with Pay, she jumps into the party with two feet, not even looking back for mom. They screamed and ran wild, ate too much sugar, painted pumpkins together, watched movies together, and Alina asked for Payton the entire next day. It brings my cousin and I lots of joy to know that their love is instantaneous. Cheers to hoping that carries on into their teenage years!

For years I wondered why my doc looked kinda funny {but at the same time sexy if that makes sense} whenever he signed something until one day my sister mentioned that he’s left handed. Then it hit me why it looked strange, cause he pushes the pen along the page with gusto rather than pulling it along like us righties
