Shopping For Travel Necessities With #Neutrogena

So, its official. I’m attending my first blogging conference in a week! I am beyond excited, but packing for the conference has got my brain running laps. There are so many things I need to consider when packing for a weekend of learning and networking. I’ve been pulling out my neglected “cute” clothes and high heels. I’ve even been playing around with my make-up. It’s a miracle that I even remember how to to apply mascara! Attending my first conference has definitely been the motivator, but I am excited to get out of the “just had a baby” rut.

I decided to stock up on Neutrogena makeup remover wipes while picking up a few other things at Sam’s Club this week. Since I’ll be attending events in the evening, I will have a decent amount of makeup o. The facial cleansing wipes would be the best way to remove makeup. The wipes are seriously the best eye makeup remover that I’ve used; mild and easy to use, yet leaves your face feeling squeaky clean.

Alina and I had fun browsing Sam’s Club together. These adorable backpacks caught my eye and Alina just had to try one on. All this back to school talk is freaking me out! My girl is growing too fast; its hard to think we will be preparing to attend school one day.

While in the same aisle as the makeup wipes, I picked up a box of Band-Aids with their new QuiltVent technology. I haven’t worn heels in awhile, so my feet will surely be mad at me. I anticipate some havoc, for sure. I am packing a fair amount of Band-Aids to prevent blisters and such. Standing all day at networking events doesn’t sound like fun with blisters on your feet. Ouch!

Also, Alina recently got her first boo-boo and had been begging for a Band-Aid. Why do kids think a Band-Aid makes everything feel better? I can see her going through a lot of these things, especially since Dr. Alina likes to take good care of her toys. She is only a kid once, so I was happy to oblige with the bulk purchase.

Once we were home, Momma tended to Alina’s knee injury before diving into our new goodies…

I love how the wipes are conveniently packaged in small sizes. I hate to waste from the risk of drying out. The packages are also compact and perfect for traveling. And since rinsing isn’t necessary, keeping them bedside is a good idea for me too. {Sebastian has great aim}. Buying Neutrogena makeup wipes from Sam’s Club is a great value because you get four of these awesome, little packages. They fit snugly in my makeup bag, without making me have to compromise on space for my other travel necessities.

I will be sharing a hotel room with a fellow blogger and decided to make her a baggie of essentials, including a package of Neutrogena Cleansing Towelettes, Band-Aids, lotions and a little note of gratitude. It’s nothing fancy, just a few little things; packing it in with the rest of my things was easy and didn’t take much space. There won’t be much down-time during the conference, so I hope they help her out as much as they will help me. Truly a #HealthyValue!
