This week has been less than stellar. In fact, it’s been down right disgusting. Spiced with a little self loathing, a side of mood swings and you get a plate full of inedible garbage. Yuck. Luckily for me, my Man came to my rescue last night with a bouquet of spring bloom and a bottle of our favorite Argentinean Red. I’m a lucky girl. But so did my Bountiful Baskets.
And since last Monday was just the beginning of my slaughtered week, I had forgotten to make my Bountiful Basket contribution until Tuesday. That meant the pick up site I usually go it, which is only 5 minutes from our home, was already filled and I had to join a site 20 minutes from us. My Man picked it up for me this morning so I can stay in bed a few minutes longer. Yes, I am a very lucky girl. I had this little present out for him when he came home. It will look so sweet on his desk at work.
We actually were up before Alina this morning. She woke up not too long after Daddy D left to get our yummies. She was especially happy. I had to bust out the camera to capture the crazy haired goof ball, wearing with the same clothes she wore the day before because she passed out on our way home from dinner. I’m completely undeserving. How did I get so lucky?
And then to have my kitchen filled with all this yummy perfection??? Here is the 9 Grain Bread. Sweet, carb loaded goodness packed with zero preservatives at $2.00 dollars a loaf.
My Husband thinks I am a bonafide nut to get so happy when this produce enters my door. I will certainly not skip three weeks of this beautiful bounty again. For fear that my mojo will be misplaced for yet another week, I doubt my Husband will allow us to skip again either. Psych patient or not, the Man loves to see me happy!
Happy, oh HAPPY, Saturday!

Good to see you’re back
I’ve been trying to do some meal planning lately, inspired by you and it really does help.
I wish we had a Bountiful Basket here!
