My Step Mom came to my rescue again, and boy do I owe her one!
Needing some serious inspiration for the weekend to come, I took to the hills of Las Vegas with a new {rented} external flash and borrowed zoom lens. This weekend is going to be jammed packed with one HUGE shoot on Saturday and a 3 year old Mister Man on Sunday. After my drive around town with my Step Mom, I feel ready. My reserves are filled. I have ideas again. Yay!
Sometimes all you need to brighten your day, your life, or to bring back that spark of creativity, is a simple change of scenery. And perhaps a few critters. The two hours my Step Mom and I spent adventuring through the backwoods of Southern Nevada brought me back to the person I was before the start of this week, the person I am meant to be: happy, a little crazy and with a vision.
We also came upon this 1942 truck {the owner was there and let us take pictures of it}. I have the perfect little boy in mind for this stylin machine!
